I'm currently using landwatch.com to search for land in my home state of georgia. I learned that many counties across the nation have tax sales/auctions. Has anyone used landwatch to buy their homestead?

When a property becomes delinquent in tax payments, the county reclaims the property and auctions. But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool. Recently i've been finding more on zillow if you're looking for smaller parcels. I wanted to know more about the process of buying from land watch.
