I wanted to know more about the process of buying from land watch. My husband and i are going to be first time homesteaders and first time home buyers.just wondering what are the best places ( besides zillow ) to look for places. I've been on the search for a small piece of land.

I'm in the stage where i currently homestead vicariously through this sub and other online resources, but www.landwatch.com seems to be a great site for land and such.
If you're looking for 100's of acres then landwatch. But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool. This advice applies to usa only. Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each.
