I wanted to know more about the process of buying from land watch. I learned that many counties across the nation have tax sales/auctions. I'm currently using landwatch.com to search for land in my home state of georgia.

I used landwatch.com to find my property.
I've been on the search for a small piece of land. When a property becomes delinquent in tax payments, the county reclaims the property and auctions. This advice applies to usa only. I would caution that i've also seen more than.

But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool.

Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each. Or are there other ways to find land (public. Has anyone used landwatch to buy their homestead?
